Gamification Mechanics

Beyond Rounds, CashPop layers seven optional systems that reward sustained play.

Streaks

Streaks reset on a missed UTC day. The 100-day permanent multiplier is the highest single bonus in the protocol — designed to reward the most committed early cohort.

Season Pass

Each Season is 4 weeks long.

Season Pass purchases are made in TON post-L2 connection. Pre-TGE, Premium purchases are denominated in TON; post-TGE, denominated in $POP.

Boosters

In-game power-ups, claimable via POP spend or earned from missions:

  • POP×2 — doubles POP earnings for the next 10 Rounds.
  • Save Token — respawns you into the next Round if eliminated.
  • Vote Insight — reveals the running commit count (without revealing answers) for one Round.
  • Comeback — restores your streak after one missed day.

Guilds

A Guild is a group of up to 5 friends. Guild members earn:

  • 1% of their guild members' POP earnings, automatically.
  • Shared weekly leaderboard rank.
  • Guild-exclusive missions.

Guild membership is mutual: all 5 members must opt-in. You can leave any Guild and join another with a 7-day cooldown.

Weekly Leaderboard

Top 100 weekly POP earners win bonuses:

  • Top 1: 50,000 POP
  • Top 2–10: 20,000 POP each
  • Top 11–100: 5,000 POP each

Leaderboard standings are calculated per-Region to keep competition fair across Region multipliers.

Achievements (30-item collection)

A catalogue of one-time achievements (e.g., "Win 100 Rounds", "Win a Round with > 5,000 participants", "Reach L7 within 30 days of joining"). Each unlocks a permanent profile badge and a small POP bonus.

Limited-time Seasonal Events

Each Season includes 1–3 limited-time event modes: collaborative coordination Rounds, themed question batteries, cross-Guild tournaments. Designed to be the place where the most committed players spend deepest.


Design principle

Every gamification system above is opt-in. The base game (Rounds + POP + redemption) functions identically whether or not you engage with any of them. Gamification deepens engagement for those who want it; it does not gate rewards for those who don't.
