Roadmap

CashPop's development is organized into five phases over 2026–2028.

Phase 0 — Genesis (Now → Q2 2026)

✅ Protocol design and litepaper. ✅ Brand identity (CashPop, $POP). ✅ Initial team and operator entity. ✅ Folder structure + i18n documentation framework. ✅ Round Engine prototype (off-chain). 🚧 Telegram bot framework + WebApp v0.1. 🚧 AdMob + Telegram Ads SDK integration. 🚧 Question reservoir bootstrap (~10,000 hand-curated entries). 🚧 Identity Layer L0–L3 (basic verification).

Phase 1 — Beta Launch (Q2 → Q3 2026)

Target: DAU 0 → 10,000.

• Public beta launch on Telegram Mini-App.
• 60-second Round cycle live (Commit / Reveal / Settle off-chain).
• Identity ladder L0–L5 fully enabled.
• POP accumulation visible in WebApp.
• Region multipliers active.
• Initial KOL partnership: 3–5 Telegram crypto channels.
• TON Ads campaign: $3K first wave.
• Korean-language KOL outreach: NEXUS senior base + Park network seed.
• Public live metrics dashboard.

Phase 2 — Soft Scale (Q3 → Q4 2026)

Target: DAU 10,000 → 100,000.

• LLM ensemble question pipeline live (replacing curated seed reservoir).
• Adversarial debiaser deployed.
• DRAND + TON-VRF hybrid randomness oracle live.
• Trust Ladder L6 (KYC) enabled via Sumsub integration.
• Trust Ladder L7 (liveness) enabled.
• Founders Club opens (10K member cap).
• TON Merkle Root batch settlement begins.
• Season Pass v1 launch.
• Guild system live.
• First quarterly research dataset published.

Phase 3 — TGE & Token Economy (Q1 → Q2 2027)

Target: $POP TGE; DAU 100K → 500K.

• $POP Jetton + vesting contract deploys on TON.
• Season 1 airdrop claim window opens (15% unlock).
• StonFi + DeDust LP launch.
• DAO governance contracts deploy.
• Quadratic-voting + Reputation-weighted proposals enabled.
• First DAO vote: ratify Phase 1–2 parameter choices.
• Burn flywheel begins (20% of fee → $POP buyback-burn).
• Stake-to-vote yield distribution begins.
• Cross-listing: target listings on KuCoin, MEXC, Bitget.

Phase 4 — Cross-Chain & SDK (H2 2027)

• Bridge to Mantle and Kaia chains.
• CashPop Oracle SDK: partner mini-apps can consume CashPop's Round outcomes as a randomness + sentiment oracle.
• Multi-mode play: Survivor (current), Predictor (Brier-scored), Squad Wars, Tournaments.
• Worldcoin/PoH/Gitcoin Passport interop live.
• Emergency multisig dissolution begins (24-month timeline).

Phase 5 — Scientific Commons (2028)

• First peer-reviewed paper on CashPop data published.
• Annual research partnerships announced.
• Academic data review board active.
• Open-source the full protocol stack.
• DAO becomes fully autonomous; emergency multisig dissolved.

Targets & validation

• Phase 1 success: 10K DAU sustained for 14 consecutive days.
• Phase 2 success: 100K DAU + $1M in cumulative prize pool distributed.
• Phase 3 success: $POP TGE executed without operator-controlled liquidity drain; first DAO vote passes with >5% quorum.
• Phase 4 success: at least 3 partner mini-apps integrated as CashPop Oracle consumers.
• Phase 5 success: published research paper with citations to CashPop data.
