Trust Ladder L0–L7
CashPop rejects the binary KYC / no-KYC dichotomy. Identity is a continuous credibility score built from independent signals, each priced at its marginal collection cost. The higher you climb, the more your POP earnings multiply — and the closer you get to the Founders Club at L7.

Why a ladder, not a gate
The economic property we want is monotone increasing marginal Sybil cost: doubling rewards must more-than-double the cost of farming. Every new tier is priced so a rational adversary cannot profitably create a thousand mid-tier accounts to drain the protocol. See Sybil-Resistance Economics for the full model.
Integration with decentralized identity
L7 is interoperable with three external Proof-of-Personhood / Proof-of-Humanity systems:
- Worldcoin / World ID — biometric uniqueness proof, instant L7.
- Proof of Humanity (Kleros) — social-graph attested identity, instant L7.
- Gitcoin Passport — composite identity stamps; L4–L7 mapping per stamp count.
If you carry these credentials, you skip directly to L7 without re-submitting biometrics to CashPop. In return, CashPop publishes anonymous attestations back to the decentralized-identity commons.
Reputation Score (separate from Trust Ladder)
Your Reputation Score r_i ∈ [0, 1] is a Bayesian estimate of your honesty, updated each Round based on participation, reveal correctness, and anomaly detection. Reputation is multiplied on top of the Trust Ladder multiplier. See Cryptographic Protocol → Reputation.
Privacy
We do not store ID document images after KYC completes — only a per-account boolean and a one-way hash of the document number for duplicate detection. Liveness biometric vectors are stored encrypted and accessible only to the operator's KYC vendor (currently Sumsub). We never sell, share, or expose identity data. See Legal → Privacy Policy.
Cannot I just stay at L0?
Yes. L0 plays for free. L0 cannot redeem POP for TON, but POP accumulated at L0 still counts toward the $POP TGE airdrop multiplier. Many users will rationally choose to stay at L0 until they decide to redeem.
