Founders Club (L7)
The Founders Club is the protocol's earliest L7-verified community. Members are the highest-multiplier (3.0x) participants and receive structural privileges in the protocol's first year.

Eligibility
Founders Club is gated by L7 verification:
- Completed L6 KYC.
- Passed liveness + selfie-to-ID match.
- Account active for ≥30 days.
The Founders Club is capped at 10,000 members during Phase 1 (Q2–Q4 2026). After the cap is reached, joining requires a Founders Club member's vouch + standard L7 verification.
Why a cap
Capping signals scarcity, drives early KYC adoption, and ensures the first cohort has strong product feedback signal. The 10,000 cap is large enough for meaningful community formation, small enough that each Founder has measurable governance influence.
Joining
- Complete L0–L6 progression in the standard Trust Ladder flow.
- Complete L7 liveness verification.
- Receive Founders Club invitation in your WebApp (within 24 hours of L7).
- Accept invitation; join Founders Discord.
There is no application form, no whitelist, no waitlist beyond the verification sequence. Verification is gated, not selection.
