In one paragraph

A Telegram bot announces a question. You have 30 seconds to commit — privately — to "A" or "B" via a cryptographic HMAC. After the commit window closes, everyone reveals. The majority answer wins. Winners' prize shares are weighted by Trust Ladder multiplier and Reputation Score. The protocol settles to TON via a Merkle root every 24 hours.

That is the entire core game. Everything else — guilds, seasons, boosters, the $POP token — is a layer of optional depth on top.

Built on TON.
